Great store and friendly staff. The only issue is they seem to be a bit bias when it comes to their selection. They constantly re-stock albums from certain artists, but you will never see a re-stock on any SM Entertainment artists (they just re-stock NCT & Red Velvet) you can also forget about finding artists from smaller companies like Nuest, Weeekly, or Teen Top.

I ordered an album on March 29 and it didnt come in until April 19, and the back of the album was dinged up and damaged. But other than those problems the album was wonderful and I enjoyed my purchase.
