The moment you walk in, youre greeted by a blast of perfume. The place is meant to be high-end, and they make that very, very clear. Given the current pandemic, we attempted to bypass the office and go straight to the models-- if were interested, then well stop by the office for info. We entered through the gate but as we approached the front door of the model we realized we would need to collect a keycard to enter the homes. Fair enough. I went back to the office and asked if I could tour the homes. The woman in the empty office asks if its my first time visiting, I say yes, then she informs me that I would need to leave behind an ID and my car keys. My car keys thats a first. Then she asks if Im there to buy a home or just looking. I tell her that, it being my first time, we are not there to commit to anything. She pulls out a price sheet and then clarifies that some people like to just look at homes to get design ideas, which she says is fine, she just doesnt want to bother writing down prices if Im not *actually* interested. How would I know if I'm *actually* interested without knowing the price? I get what she meant, but it was all very off-putting. She could have instead offered to show me pricing and left it to me to decide. Anyhow, she quickly let me know that they were all sold out anyhow, and that the few lots that did remain had a significant number of people on the waiting list. She wrote down the model prices and reminded me that she didn't want to have to do all "this" if I wasn't serious. I really did try to give her the benefit of a doubt but her tone was inexcusably condescending. I see from other reviews that I was not the only one to experience this with her. When I returned to pick up my ID, the woman was chatting with her male co-worker and could not be bothered. The male co- worker did get up from his seat and assisted me. The homes are designed thoughtfully and show incredibly well-- it's a shame the attitude of the staff is not up to par with the type of service one would expect from such a business.
The home are very beautiful and well designed, but the man who helped us was very rude. If you don't look like you have money be prepared to be treated in a rude manner. It was know we weren't wanted there.
Christina from Tramonte is excellent. She went the extra mile and literally did the leg work for us, as we completed much of the purchasing process remotely. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and her customer service was incredible. We also worked with Iggy, who is also excellent and very professional. Don't bother working with David. He's terribly rude, 0% helpful, and shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. As for the building team - Mario, Johnny, and Wade - they are also excellent. They are timely in their responses and very professional.
The worst construction and sub contractors are sub par. I am sure they will be litigated for construction defects. I couldn't believe what they build and get approved by the county. Don't buy here unless you want customer service issues forever and if you don't care about quality like this builder does.
