Beware!!! If you have unsatisfactory work done by a dentist within this office and seek to have it remedied but they have since left, the owner, Dr. Foutz WILL NOT honor the work previously done to make it right. His philosophy “I didn’t do the work so I’m not going to make it right without compensation”. Such unprofessionalism!!

When our office took over your treatment from another clinic, we do show you were satisfied with the initial appliance we provided. Because you broke that one, we had a new one created for you to include additional reinforcement. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you moved out of state before your case was returned to us from the lab. We mailed your case to you at your request, and provided multiple dentists within 10 miles of your new residence that agreed to provide adjustments if/as needed and bill the cost to our office.

This dentest jonah is a fraud. Jonah Foutz will ruin your theeth . He pulled mine then put in bridges that don’t fit. My teeth are starting to lay down because of this P... and he refuses to make right. His assistance worked on me, once he did after 11/2 years.. the board really liked the one where Beverly took care of my mouth all the time
