Employees were friendly, but wait times were crazy. From the time we arrived till we were actually talking to anyone was 2 of the longest hour of my life..... And that's with the line still in the office.....

The wait time to get a title is 2 HOURS. Out of 6 or 7 kiosks, there were only 2 people working. I went at 1pm which was a big mistake. Thought it was just after lunch time but they were still at lunch till 2pm. Make sure to carry $5 in cash for Notary fee. I ended up withdrawing from their ATM(with $3 transaction fee plus bank charges).
