Dropped off my civic due to noise when turning the wheel all the way left or right. They held my civic for 6 days to replace an axle under warranty because they said the part was not readily available. Once I pick up my car out of the lot and check if the issue is gone, IT IS NOT! Now I need to make another appointment and drop off my car. Unbelievable service here. No shuttle service. No loaner service. Never buying another Honda from this place. Ridiculous.
