I had used this business for 12 years and done so happily. My latest experience has been stressful and very unpleasant. I had a 2 week deadline and my project was not started until the day before promised delivery. I was sent digital images to approve late afternoon the day before. I quickly replied with changes that needed to be done to font and coloring. I called the next morning and found that my response had never been viewed and now it was too late to make needed changes. When I arrived to pick up my item they had not done the colors correctly as per their images and of course none of my changes had been able to be done. I had to pay full price for incorrectly finished work. No apologies were made, no attempt to make it right and definitely not excellent work. Things have changed at Andersen Monograms.
We apologize about your frustrations. We try really hard to keep all of our customers informed with their orders through our quote and PO system & emails. Unfortunately your patches came and were the wrong size and when we had to re-order the patches all of the factories were shut down due to Covid. It was an extremely hard situation because when you ordered them, Covid had already hit China hard and that is where the 3rd party outsourced them to. If you would like to come back and try us for embroidery, screen printing, or any other locally sourced promo items, we would love to have you give us a try again.

This was my experience with Andersons: Jan 14 - March 31, 2020 almost three months. At this point, almost three months later, I am very frustrated. I was either not informed or misinformed about the process, timeline, and price of the patches I ordered. From my perspective, it feels like Anderson's Monogram was dishonest. The communication was extremely frustrating and I was never updated on delays. Employees over the phone were impatient, frustrated, and interrupted me. The person listed as the customer to bill, was not correct (should have been to me, not to [omitted] ). I STILL have not received my order. And they didn't answer any of my questions in my last email to them before I canceled my order. This all happened before the virus came to be. (And FYI all this happened before the virus. I have the emails and dates to prove it.) (There may be some fake reviews by family and friends it seems, as well just FYI)

Had a very specific patch I needed to have made. Sent an image to them via email, and after a little back and forth and clarification they made literally exactly what I had in mind. I was very impressed with the service and their ability to do custom orders. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Absolutely awful experience working with them! Cost was great so we decided to go with Anderson to get some shirts embroidered for our university department. We never could get an official quote. Four months later and we are still trying to get missing/out of stock items and an accurate receipt. Emails will go weeks without being answered and questions in emails are frequently overlooked. We will NOT be using them again.
