Worst place to get a shirt. You get better quality at Walmart.
Hi Carrie, thanks for the review. Unfortunately only half of what is stated is true. ALL shirts were delivered to you. We clearly state in our terms you have a 72 hour window to report to us any issues with your order. After 2 weeks, you emailed us about 2 shirts you needed and stated were "missing" after which you even changed the size of the shirt you needed, which is a good sign you just needed another shirt and were not actually shorted any on the order. It is 100% out of our control were the delivery service processes its packages, all carriers such as UPS, FEDEX and Speedee all route there packages through their warehouses. Just like when they pick up your mail, even if it just going down the street it still goes through the St. Paul facility first. Being that you had waited 2 weeks to say anything about your order and needing another shirt or 2 we no longer had your job set up on press. We went beyond our terms and out of our may to contract 2 shirts to be printed and sent to you. If you did not receive them we do apologize BUT your order was shipped to you complete. My dealings with T-shirt envy started off wonderfully. Highlights included - Prompt replies, great communication on what our designs would look like, up front about costs, and even went above and beyond to helps us save money on our project. Then it was time to get our shirts delivered in time for Christmas break. It went downhill from there. It took extra time to be delivered (I get it - the holidays are busy!) but they did not communicate with me about tracking numbers or that the shirts all go through St. Cloud even though their offices are in Maple Plain. When our order had a damaged shirt and a couple were missing I contacted them about having them replaced. They have a policy built into each order for replacement shirts which is wonderful, but TWO months have gone by and we still dont have our replacement shirts. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates on our order, requested tracking numbers so I could keep tabs on shipping myself and received none. Now communication has all but stopped. I do not expect immediate responses to my emails, but I do expect that I should get a response within two business days tops. Emails sent on the 14th and 25th of February have not been answered. Update: email as of Feb 27th. Emails still not answered but you will see the very prompt response to my review below. I CHANGED THE SIZES BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO APPEASE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO'S SHIRTS DID NOT FIT BECAUSE THERE WAS SUCH A SIZE DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT COLORS OF SHIRTS IN OUR ORDER. I WORKED WITHIN THE THREE SHIRTS I FELT THAT WE WERE OWED (ONE WAS DAMAGED, TWO WERE MISSING) AND SWITCHING TO ADULT SIZES WAS HOW I MADE THAT WORK. They did an amazing job printing a number of tshirts, hoodies and tank tops for our business. Great customer service, with a huge selection of products. We requested a number of specific pieces from different manufacturers and they were able to get them all.
Very poor management, they are very unprofessional, not to mention they are way over priced for the quality that you get. My advice is avoid this place at all cost.
