I know this is a legacy restaurant in Chicago, and I wish nothing but the best for any Chicago restaurant these days... But when paying $160 per person for a tasting menu, I should not leave a restaurant hungry. The pita bread and pita filling were counted as two separate courses. More troubling, the 12 "course" (9 dish) menu included not one, but two separate sorbet courses? We had some dishes that were real winners, but the overall meal seemed rushed (entrance to check in under 90 minutes), unthoughtful, and odd. Not even close to worth the price, Chicago has MUCH better to offer.

Best meal ever. Cleaned every plate with my finger and was not remotely ashamed. Thank you for an incredible experience. I will never think about food the same way again.

Terrible. Run by a bunch of unprofessional kids. Server admitted that they drink the byob bottles since they keep any bottles you bring in the kitchen.
