*** IMPORTANT: LONG REPLY BUT WORTH READING!*** Dear Barry, We are very sorry that you feel that way. as we on our end, went above & beyond to assist you even with the smallest matter for an entire 4 years AFTER you have purchased your home (2015) and despite the fact that your house sold AS-IS. When we first met, you've asked for our help with mortgage lender & with lawyer, we've recommended you the best of professionals in the market which (much like us) stood by your side and served you long after your closing & FREE of compensation in return. You've chosen to work with them for good reason they were excellent (and Kind!). Additionally, We've never played dual agent nor have we EVER claimed to be your agent, (that alone comes to show that your review should be questionable) regardless of that, as people of high moral, instead of referring you directly to the seller, we were there for you! You've purchased your home at a significant discount price and for the fair market value (determined by a certify appraisal) Your issues started the day that you tried to legalize your basement and illegally divide & rent your house per rooms (As per the building department website public records) Another major fact is that your home worth today a lot more than you have bought it for, only for that we deserve a little bit more credit than an attempt to slander. Haiim is the most honest, kind & helpful person as per what you've said during the entire 4 years in which he was there for you helping you with all your needs above & beyond. In fact, he was the one who fought for you & got you a fair amount of compensation over things that the seller was not entitled to serve you with, some of which were ridiculously minor. After 4 years and a compensation that you have already received from the seller (unjustified!) we are sorry that you dont think that its time for you to take care of your home, just like any homeowner would! If your opinion of us is so poorly, why did you approached us on multiple occasions and referred your family/ friends to us? Barry, after all has been said and done, we feel sorry that that's how you feel. however, at the same time we do understand that out of hundreds of clients that we have successfully served along the many years of operation not all can be satisfied!

As a new buyer, I regret why I went to them. I will not refer any one to them. The process was not clear to me and was not explained as it should be. They have a set of team that can help you move through the process very fast. I appreciated that. They introduced me to an attorney, one mortgage person instead of giving me the choice between 2 attorney or 2 lenders. I didn't know whether they were playing dual agent or not. only at the closing table, i knew they were only representing the seller and i was not represented. They screwed me on the price since I was new to the market. No market analysis was done to get a good deal. Haim took me to see the house and took me to the lawer's office. They focus more on selling and making their money. After I bought the house, I spent $6,000 fixing the roof because water was coming from the roof through the wall. I had plumbing issues, I had to hire a third party to work on it. My last emails and calls were never responded. Also after my review on this page, I received this comment from them: it is a lie that you are claiming "All your issues have started the day that you tried to legalize your basement and illegally divide and rent your house by rooms" The house is at it is bought with you. I called the department of building to come inspect the house. The basement is at is and there are 7 rooms in the house: 3 on the first floor with 2 bathrooms and 4 on the second floor with 2 rooms. There were two lies, A neighbor called to tell the department of building there are illegal walls and there are illegal rooms based on the knowledge he has on the house before renovation and before I bought the house. check in a month to see if that claim will still be there. I called the department of building to come do the inspection. Also the department of building had on their record that their was no certificate of occupancy on the house. Still that is not clear. The reason is not known from them or the lawyer they assigned me. Also they told me the house worth $250K more which was not true because even the recent appraisal i had was less than $700k. I am in the Real Estate Business. As a new buyer I should have avoided your brokerage.

I just bought a beautiful single family house in the Bronx with help of home mega real estate. This house is fully renovated. I have a lot to say about Haim (real estate broker) and Ana (Haims partner). They were working with us since last year. We were having difficulties to get a bank loan because of my low W2. They were showing us houses when I didnt even have a pre approval. Normally, a real estate agent never like to show house without a pre approval unless its an open house. We didnt know who i could go and get a best pre approval for a single family house. Haim and Ana took us to Vivid Mortgage and they helped us with everything. It was an easy and smooth process. Not only that Haim also helped us with a lawyer, who did the entire process of buying my house. I never thought it would that easy for me to buy a house in New York but Haim and Ana made it so easy. I highly recommend Haim and Ana.
