A bit disappointed to find out 2 weeks after ordering the book is no longer available and no email to notify me of such, no choice but to order elsewhere

Bought an item on their website described as leather. It was not real leather and at best was a composite material with a very low leather content. I emailed them about it and had no response. Disappointing.
Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately it is sometimes not possible to keep on top of status changes in books due to the vast size of our catalogue (130,000+ books). In this instance, we found out when ordering the book from the publisher and we updated you as soon as we knew that the book was out of print. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Appalling - one star is too generous but there is no option for anything less. Having had my order accepted and delivery date confirmed, it took 10 days to tell me that the item was no longer available. All just before Christmas.
