Bought an ornament to gift to my brother, but it broke as soon as I put it by the tree. Lovely store and products but disappointed in how quickly it broke. be extremely careful when handling

They do not honor the marked prices. Increase prices at register. When you question the price, they say they did not change the tag. It is illegal to not honor their price tags. Then they go over and start removing price tags. Very dishonest and unethical.

I was terribly treated by the manager. I told her I. The end of our conversation that she does not represent anything the store says, and she said that I neither. I am a customer ! Does she know it? The store would not survive ! My husband had bought 3 item, bottles with tiny paper inside , type of message I a bottle thing, to write a note on my birthday. The bottles do not open. As I asked she said, the manager , it was just an ornament! But when my husband bought he has asked about it... any way, this is not about the price... it was a surprise on the day of my birthday. My little son that just learned how to write was so fustrated. But the worst part was the treatment I received. I had told her it was my birthday. This lady should not work or own a place like that. So many nice words displayed on so many items, and all she had to say was rude words. Pity for her. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
