This is without a doubt the worst source for eye exams and eye prescriptions. I had an appointment for an eye exam. I was told my new glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. I was called to pick them up and when I tried to read the bottom 2 lines with the new glasses I couldnt read the 2 bottom lines but I could with my old prescription. I was told to go home and try them out because its a new prescription and I would have to get used to them. Keep in mind Ive worn glasses for over 50 years and have had many new prescriptions. Made another appointment at the same office with another doctor for July 16th and was told Im getting a completely different prescription. Again told they would be in 2 weeks. Called on July 30th to see if my glasses were ready. She said thats odd I havent received an email that theyre done. Let me check and Ill call you back. Received a call back and was told that UPS would be delivering them to the office that day and the optician would check them out and call me for pickup. Waited Friday and Monday for a call. No call. Tuesday August 3rd I called and the message said the office is closed for vacation until August 8th. Extremely unprofessional place to have an eye exam and new glasses made!! It will be 5 weeks before I ever get my new glasses, hopefully. This will undoubtedly be the last time Ill ever be back again!!

I will never go back here. Staff treated me like hell. Dr rushed my exam....very upset about the appointment.
The office was very accommodating to send my sons prescription sunglasses to the Worcester office because it is closer to drive to. Everyone was great and he didnt wait at all to see Dr. Thamel.
