I booked a MetroCars bus for my wedding day transportation to get my bridal party from our hotel to the wedding venue. Long story short the bus came, but at the incorrect time. It arrived way too early - too early for us to be able to leave yet, we were only halfway through hair and makeup. We had booked them from for a ride at 4:15, but they arrived at 2pm and said we only had them for 1 hour. We had to send them on their way and we ended up having to Uber our way to the venue. The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars in because we worked with Hollie to get our money back, and she was very sweet and incredibly apologetic. She got us refunded immediately.

We are happy with are use of Metrocar of Brighton as a shuttle bus for our wedding. They were extremely patient with our indecisiveness (because of the high costs) and never pressured us with “follow-ups” to use their services. When we were ready, we went back to them and had a seamless experience getting setup, completing payment, and signing the contract. We later found out that the bus passed the venue and had to turn around, but that it caused no problems and was handled well. It’s completely understandable too because the venue is hidden. I only mention if because it’s proof that the driver fixed the situation with no issues. We heard nothing but positives about the driver, and would work with them again.

Scheduled driver for 5:15am. Tried to change to 5:00am and was told no because of number of bookings and lack of drivers. But was assured driver would be there promptly. Driver didn’t show. Called driver and was told he thought pick you was for 6:30am. Called an UBER instead. Barely made my flight. Driver ultimately showed at 5:28am. 23 minutes late. Horrible company.
