Hi Diana - I appreciate your review and am sorry to hear that your experience was not good. We do keep detailed notes in our system regarding orders. I took a look at the notes regarding your order, and you are correct, we did call you, but this was to clarify information regarding your embroidery (Light grey top). At times, a phone call is required, as we cannot communicate everything that is needed through text messaging regarding personalization of an item. This is to ensure that items are embroidered properly. I apologize that the phone call upset you. I also looked into why you were not texted regarding your order. It appears that the staff member who texted you transposed two numbers in error. I am sure this was frustrating for you. Unfortunately we do make mistakes on occasion, but I will definitely follow up with our team and have them double check numbers for accuracy in the future. Best of luck with your schooling at Cameo!

I was also recommended to come here. I didnt have the best experience here. I asked to be noticed by text message and I was called by phone which was not ok. And i was never notified when my items were ready for pick up. Maybe its the location or the one person who was having a bad day but it has put me off to returning to this location for any future buisness.
Worst customer service, I have had in a very long time. 8-25-18. The staff had a boyfriend in there, and no other customers but myself. Not greeted, when I asked a question, no response, no help! Will never be back!
Came in for my first time getting scrubs and the staff helped me get exactly what I needed! I was afraid there were gonna be too many options but they definitely helped narrow them down for me. It was great!
