Eat Club has been serving lots of lunches to the company I work for. We must order more than 100 per day. They are usually on-time and generally don't make mistakes. Ordering food is easy, and they send out a notification when your food has been delivered. Originally, they had lots of choices of food, but as of late their selections seem to be reducing - esp. if you have dietary restrictions like you are a vegetarian. Since the food comes from a variety of restaurants the quality varies. Eat Club does seem to care about the quality - and they have a human respond if you give an item a poor review. While I am only giving them 3 stars, there do not seem to be many choices for places with as good a selection and comparable service.
(note: lunch is provided by my employer through EATclub at no cost to me) Decent quality but expensive. Most dishes come from private label brands owned by EATclub (they have a "sandwich" brand, an "indian food" brand, "sushi", and so on.) A few things come from actual restaurants (blue line pizza, some thai places, and so on). Portion size is alright, sometimes things are not amazingly appetizing due to the delay between packaging and delivery, reheating helps. I wish there was more variety, they are heavily pushing their salads which are higher margin items, and reducing how diverse the dishes are. Lots of repeats. They are really responsive when rating a dish under 3 stars.
