Hello and thank you for your feedback. Our store staff is instructed to direct our customers to a different boot after successive returns even if for defect because it may be that this boot just isn't working out for the customer. If the customer insists on having the same boot, then the store staff is directed to have the customer go directly to the manufacturer. A large majority of the time, there is another boot in store with the same/similar functionality that may hold up better for a particular customer. They were ok at first. The product we bought ended up having to be returned three times! It was defective. They said the third return had to be done with the company not with them. So if you get a faulty product you're on your own! So much for buying local. Should just buy online! Same loyalties!
