Straight forward, experienxed attorney who was honest with me about my case and always concerned that the financial costs of fighting may be more than it is worth. He will tell you when it is better to cut your losses and walk away. Dirk considers the stress the court process causes his client and weighs that in to advising what should be done. I have hired Dirk to handle both civil cases and family court. We have been to Supreme Court together. I would not pick anyone else to be sitting next to me at the table in front of the Judge.
