These guys don't care about their customers! the screwed us over our order and they just said we are sorry, we give your money back but they don't care how much damage they made to my business so if you care about your project and your business, I DO NOT recommend this company.

We use Smartlevels for so many projects as a design agency and they have never disappointed. Their customer service is amazing. When we need something rushed they make it happen, when we need to adjust the shipping date to !tomorrow! they make it happen, when the order is placed with the wrong paper they call and ask if that's what we really want and fix it. We've done business cards, banners, table cloths, flyers, postcards, and large prints with them. I've used them for my own personal projects and they're the first ones I suggest to anyone looking for something to print. Getting their samples kit in the mail was like Christmas morning for me. Seriously, this company is awesome.

These guys have been great for years! Their service is excellent, and they do everything they can to go the extra mile for you. On my last job, their big printer was broken, but they worked around it to get a large job out on time. On those rare occasions where there's been a problem, they've been great about working with me to resolve the issue. A big thumbs-up for a great small business.
