Before I paid the full fee on 5th March 2014 my email queries were answered. Since then I have submitted several emails requesting the address of the University and accommodation details to no avail. I found out the address myself and discovered that as of 11 April the money I paid had not been sent to the University. I find that this lack of communication very unprofessional (I did receive automated replies stating I would be contacted soon!! ). My course is due to start in 5 weeks and it would seem that I will have to pay the Uni directly. Needless to say I am taking steps to withdraw from CSA and claim back the fees paid. Perhaps CSA will respond to this review?

CSA is a legit company offering low cost, high quality academic study abroad programs worldwide. Check the website for current prices and dates. Much less expensive than most other program providers. Programs are non-profit, very affordable, and students earn academic credit. Check them out....before signing on to overly expensive programs offered by others. Review the useful information in the Resources and FAQs sections. Overall, CSA is a smarter way to study abroad and save a bundle. I am very glad I did!

DO NOT use this "agency". I paid both initial deposits, nobody answers the phone, and you're lucky if you get an email that's more than one or two cryptic sentences long. If you're paying people money for a study abroad service...what kind of company would withhold documents and information about what school you're even studying at until you pay?! Very unprofessional. I recommend booking directly through the school you wish to study abroad at. Turns out I only had to pay around $800 for my program instead of the $2000 these clowns were gonna charge me.
