very slow on service and unwilling to call us when our order was ready. Refused to provide a receipt when the products were picked up and it required an active email request on our part to finally get one. Getting a proof to approve took a week and a half because Wayne had questions, but instead of calling us to ask, waited for us to call him wondering why a proof was not sent through for our approval yet. He then insisted that the 3 weeks started after that for us to wait for our order. If you're happy with having to do you own leg work to get a proof approval, asking for a receipt 3x's, and wondering if service is even a required priority for BTG, then they are for you. We however, will not be back.
