Had a birthday party for my daughter today and one of the staff members a guy was very rude to me and my party guest this will be the first and the last time we have a bday party here and we felt really rushed through our party they werent on top of serving us our drinks had to go and look for the server several times

James we are sorry you were disappointed. We do require socks in the baby/toddler room as little children are crawling on the floor and often put their mouths to the floor. I am sorry my team didn't inform you that you needed socks in the toddler room. There is signage before you walk in and in a large banner in the room informing our guests that socks are required by adults and children. However, our team should have informed you when they saw an infant when you checked in. We apologize for the miscommunication.

Horrible first time experience. I was asked to leave an area for having shoes on (which I had sandals) or purchase socks at the register for $2 a pair. When we first purchased our admission, it would have been nice to know that, prior to purchase that some areas require socks for ADULTS. I understand kids need socks because there is a lot of activities that THEY will be participating in, but ADULTs needing socks to be in an area to watch their kids is a little bit greedy. This would have been great to know by an employee, especially if this is your first time. By the way, they do ask you if this is your first time and then immediately prompt you to fill out a waiver of liability form. So they knew it was our first time and failed to mention about ADULTs needing socks as well in certain areas. Poorly managed play place. If the gentleman that asked us to leave had approached us in a more respectful and tactful way. This could have very easily been a more positive review. Other than our ADULT experience, my son loved it here. PLEASE bring your own socks and dont pay $2 a pair for cheap Dollar Tree/Dollar General socks.

Wonderful place! Surprised these arent popping up everywhere as this is a brilliant idea Mt Playmore is staffed with caring people. I lost my camera and Savanna (from the front desk) went around with me calling my phone. Still couldnt find it so the manager told me to sit and relax (Im disabled) while he searched, found it and returned it to me. Excellent customer support! The place is awesome. So many choices for the kids (and adults) and I love the little toilets and sinks. Food was good and great healthy choices. Highly recommend!!!

We do not allow groups of teenagers or young adults at our facility unless they are with younger siblings and accompanied by an adult. Your groups entrance was denied on the basis of age alone. I was turned away with a group of people with special needs. In my life have I never seen discrimination on this level. Our group was pre-approved to hang in the arcade area and EVERYONE was denied entry. I will NEVER endorse this place and EVERYONE should BOYCOTT this business due to its discriminatory practices. Please do not go and give them your money.
