I'd expect to pay more for the convenience of purchasing in-store, but 599 for a SUP that other vendors are selling for 450-480 and is available from Amazon for 380? I won't be going back.
Waste of time! I ordered a wetsuit online, payment was taken then a day later they emailed to say 'Your order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded'. I replied to their email asking why they advertise items which they don't have in stock and expressed my dissatisfaction. They didn't acknowledge it, offer an apology or suggest an alternative item. Terrible customer service.
Shop interior layout resembles a teenager's bedroom but the team here could not be more helpful. Training and equipment with advice given generously. Some parking available in Dorset Lake Avenue. Recomended.
Terrible customer service!!! While being served the man brushed me off to answer the phone, apologised then did the same again within a minute, leaving me half way through a sentence. I visited after checking the website for a item marked as in stock and it wasn't in stock. What a waste of time! If you want anything call first rather than being a paying visiting customer as customers are second to phone calls. Will be going elsewhere for my supplies
