We dont expect our customers to know or understand the screen printing business, so we take great strides to help make the process as smooth as possible, which is one of the reasons we rely so heavily on email. Email is a medium that helps us keep track of customer requirements, as well as provide clear direction on next steps, so yes, we absolutely encourage our customers to email and document discussions so we are both on the same page. Unfortunately, phone conversations dont always provide that. Perceptions over the phone can be misconstrued since body language and other cues are not available. In addition, our shop can get loud sometimes with visiting customers and work being done in the back, so speaking on the phone can come across as a raised voice. When we made the initial quote, it was not specified that you required multiple styles and colors. We attempt to gather as much information as possible in order to provide our customer with the most accurate quote, but sometimes these kinds of details dont get covered in the initial process. Occasionally, we have had to adjust quotes as further requirements are defined, but we make honest efforts to get it right the first time. When we discovered you had these additional requirements, we were not able to provide the service for the initial quote. However, because we value you as a customer and wanted to provide you a needed service, we tried to compromise and give you options that fit within what we had originally quoted so you could stay within budget. No one notified us you had already made the decision to move on to another company when we offered the compromise, so we thought we were still working on your order. Just like you, we value communication. Reviews such as yours help us improve our business, because it helps us to continually grow with our customers and make the process even smoother and better. This was a learning experience for us, which is appreciated and invaluable. I'm sorry to write a review like this, but communication is huge for me. I feel like we were promised something, and were told it wasn't available the next time we spoke. We ended up not doing business after the representative I spoke to raised her voice to me, and voiced displeasure at the number of shirt color choices I made for my pet sitting business. If that was a problem, maybe it should have been discussed ahead of time. She didn't like being questioned, apparently. After I had made the decision to move on, I received another call from them letting me know that they would limit the colors used in my screen print. This was actually what caused me to write this review. It was like I was being urged to move on without someone having the courage to just tell me they didn't think they would be able to handle an order like mine. All in all, if you use 621, ask as many questions as you can to be sure you aren't accidentally making someone angry. Copy every single word you say on the phone into an email so they can read it and not be able to argue with you later. If you have anything that even resembles a complex order, ask ahead of time. In other words, you'll need to know everything about their business and their temperment before you place your order. I'm sorry it came to me writing a review like this.

We used 621 Screen Printing for our company picnic T-shirts and they exceeded our expectations. We ordered over 700 shirts in 5 different colors ranging from sizes Youth XS to Adult 4X. We ordered using the email provided on the website and Monica and David were incredibly attentive. We gave them a date of September 19th and they had our shirts ready almost a week in advance. The invoice was easy to read and to pay and they worked well with our graphics. The shirts were easy to unpack and they were already separated by size and color which we were so grateful for. Their customer service was superb, prices were fair, and all of our employees loved the shirts. Thanks guys!
