Not impressed at all ,especially with the staff. The nurses on every shift appear irritated when asked any question of a family member/patient. Only reason family is there,is because nurse at Baptist took it upon herself to transfer my mother,and she did not contact me beforehand,even though I provided them with a copy of Power of Attorney for their records. These people are quick to medicate someone rather than help improve their health. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE.

When my Dad was there when he arrived they were attentive, staff were good and communication was good. After 2 months of him being there it started to scale down for me and the picture they painted was not as pretty at the end. I am disappointed with a lot of things there and now that my Dad has passed I will NEVER have to deal with them again. Collecting my Dad's belongings at the end was even worse to see some of his personal belongings were missing. Some that meant a lot to me. So not a trusted facility...

I highly recommend this place. It is clean, gives good care and you can tell the employees want to be there. They really care about the patients there.

I have met many of the staff at Northeast Rehab. There are wonderful people that work there that care a great deal about their residents.
