Management is ok but Leadership still need more improvement. Their attitude towards their workers is not too good and too many leads that do not know their job or how to to the job of the workers they are over. Some do not have the skills to train because they never done the job they are over. Really not qualified to be a lead.

I currently work here. Horrible place to work. No values. Wouldn't recommend. Putting in my two weeks notice. Low pay.
