Hi there, Were sorry to hear about your experience on multiple websites, which we have already responded to. However, several of the statements in your review are factually incorrect. Initially, your employee placed an order for custom patches to be made. The patches were completed to the specifications desired. This order was paid for without issue. Later, a second request was made to sew some of the finished patches onto jackets on the chest across from the Patagonia logo, which we followed per their instruction. Upon pickup, your employee claimed that the patches were supposed to be sewn on the sleeve instead to match jackets in their European branch. None of this information was made clear to us when the jackets were dropped off, including which sleeve nor the location on the sleeve. We offered to move the patches to the desired location at no charge, but this was refused. The employee decided to keep the patches as they were sewn on the jackets. She threatened to write us bad reviews if we didnt pay for the $200 jackets and refund the entire patch order. We offered to refund the patches if they were returned to us, but she rejected this offer, wanting to keep the patches. The reviewer, who we later found out to be the employees mother, did not place any orders with us and has since harassed us on numerous occasions. We wanted to stay local and give our sale to a small business. We hired Cloth Tattoo to make custom logo patches and sew them on to $200 Patagonia jackets (that we provided) which were being given to our employees as Christmas gifts. The owner accepted the order and was verbally told exactly where we wanted the patches to be sewn. Imagine our surprise when we went to pick up the jackets only to find that the patches had sewn in the wrong place, which essentially ruined ALL of the $200 jackets. We asked them to replace the jackets and they flatly refused, telling us that it was our responsibility as the customer to put our desired patch location in writing for them. They assumed no responsibility for this very costly mistake. On top of this, they refused to refund us what we had already paid for the patches and charged us for stitching them in the wrong place. If you want quality work that is done with precision and care, DO NOT use this company!

I got some hats embroidered here and the quality of embroidery turned out really nice. They also had a great selection of quality hats to choose from. Overall the process was smooth and it was a pleasure to work with the owner, Megan.
