Incompetent, lazy, and unprepared. If you think that they would relieve the stress of the many things you take care of for your parent/grandparent, you are truly mistaken...they only make it harder on you. The only nice part about it, is the building and rooms.

Our family appreciated the care of our uncle and now appreciates the care of our brother, especially his grooming needs, help with his computer and setting up family visits. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!
