This is not a healthy environment to work in. There are problems with the payment, the application does not respond and no one cares, I was trying to get them to tell me how I could access the payment and they never helped me, they want them to work for them with excellent professionalism but they do not provide help to the employee

The bartending managers are all fake and don't do their job, they tell you you're going to work as a Bartender then they get you to be a barback , and tell you if you don't like it you can leave . Very unpleasant experience, don't think about working for this company unless you like doing all the work and get no tips.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did with our event at Vizcaya. We just keep hearing accolades from our guests about how we raised the bar on partying in Miami but we could not have done that without your expertise. Everyone was so impressed by your team, the quality of the food, the beautiful presentation and the level of service. And a small detail, but one that should be acknowledged because it truly impressed so many of our guests, that with each hors d’oeuvre that was passed that had a toothpick or spoon, a server followed immediately behind to relieve the guest of that awkward search of where to put the serving piece. Subtle but one of the many little things that added up to make the night so special and totally top notch. Dessert on the casino mound was also so beautifully executed it added another bit of magic to an already amazing evening! We look forward to working with Constellation Culinary Group in the future.

No trabajes aquí , este lugar no vale la pena,te tratan como esclavo y ni siquiera te pagan el parqueo, en este evento de Miami Beach me tocó pagar 25 dólares por 5 horas ,me quedé con menos de 75 dólares al día ,nadie vive así,este será mi ultimo evento,pérdida de tiempo total,el cheque se demora y hay que estar batallando con la aplicación para tener tu sueldo,
