Horrible. They say its 15 min. Wayyy over an hour. When you ask the front desk about It, she tells you the 15 mins are just for the intro. The payment is more important to them than anything. Pretty ridiculous price too. Just think $123 per person times the hundreds of people they see everyday. Where is all this money going? Just to fingerprint, its a little ridiculous honestly.
