I was in the process of working with them for a few batches of shirts. My first impression was great but then there was a lack of communication and I fell off their radar. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. There was a lack of communication, and a sense that I was in the wrong when I asked if they got any of my emails. Theres no need to directly call out any specific person who has helped me. He was nice and gracious but fell through in communication and meeting deadlines when discussed. This comment is meant to point to an area that could be worked on. If I were a bigger company I would have missed several deadlines. Printing was great but need work in the communication area.

I've used them a few times for projects involving 60-120 shirts. The quality is solid and they've got good turn-around time.

When we first met with Daniel, he was able to quickly mock up the designs and modifications to our logo for our shirts. And, I'm always very happy with the quality of their work and turn around time.

BEST SERVICE ALL AROUND! I will not be doing business anywhere else but here! This is the only place out of the dozens of shops I called that does same day rush order! (They're closed on weekends) Rush fee was 50% of my total (I only needed two shirts so it was cheap!) & it was well worth it! Service was quick, shop location is super convenient & Holden was so patient with me! I called & emailed so much times with hundreds of questions (LOL) & he was always so kind! Prices are unbeatable! We purchased shirts from the shop (regular heavy duty) the quality is A1! Super clean store. Black Canvas will definitely be my go to for any of my shirt printing needs! Mahalo all!
