Hey James, we're sorry you had a bad experience with us last year, I believe that was due to the equipment upgrades we were installing during that time. Those Ghostbuster model cars you were building were pretty cool. I thought we were helpful in assisting with your design and gave you great prices (total was <$100). I do recall a mixup in some smaller parts valued at $25 or so, and yes they were delayed more than our usual 5-10 business day lead time. We probably would have recut and gave them to you at no charge once we were back online. You're welcomed to a 10% discount on all future orders if you choose to visit us again. And glad to know we still have our good looks, we wish we were still young!

This place is an absolute joke. When I first started doing business with them last year they were really nice and on the ball. The first 2 things I did with them they were very responsive and got things done. Then every piece after that, it was like pulling teeth. They basically just fell off the map. I'd have to go in personally to see what was going on. We'd clear the air and I'd get my parts done. Then by last summer I took aluminum in to them to get cut and didn't hear from them for about a month. After calling, texting, email, I got absolutely no response. Again, I personally went in to see what was going on and that I wanted my stuff cut. Then they couldn't find the aluminum that I left with them. It was replaced, but I specifically told them which piece to cut. I was told it would be done at the end of the week, did I get a call saying it was done? Nope. So I went back in. Another employee was there and handed me the part they cut and it was completely the wrong file they cut. I told them to keep everything and I was taking my business somewhere else, and I did. I've seemed to notice that businesses run by younger people have no professionalism..

Great folks to work with! They took some quick specifications and designed up something that was laser cut and worked within a couple of hours. Really can't say enough about how helpful the were. Price for work done was a pretty good deal for how quickly it was turned around!

They really worked with me to help design and build our custom project. I would recommend their laser cutting services to anyone. They were able to weld together all the tubing and brackets exactly how I wanted them.
