A quick lesson in retail for your employees. If you have a customer that comes in every few months for boots and/or pants and spends anywhere from 150 to 300 each time , i would suggest not giving said customer a hard time when trying to return a shirt. Especially when the reason is because it was washed one time before trying it on. It was never worn to work. Consider maybe taking the $70 hit instead of losing a customer forever....and no I'm not digging through the trash for the labels....but thanks.

Pretty small and they don't have the best selection, especially if you're not a large guy. I'm 5'10" and 165 and had a very hard time finding anything my size. The staff is helpful and the products are good though
