Had numbers put on some jerseys and they were great to deal with, quick and easy! However, I also ordered a letter jacket from them and am less than impressed. The company they use for the chenille lettering does poor quality work. I'll be reordering it elsewhere so paying for it twice. It would've been nice to know in the beginning that the jacket I was ordering is not the same jacket that the school uses nor do they do ordering for Niwot. Now I have a green jacket with green lettering that doesn't match. Lesson learned I guess when trying to stay local.

My husband and I like to try to give the local small businesses our money so we decided we would like to go with this family owned business over the other places in town. Our relationship started out fine but after giving them over $1000 in business (which is a big deal for us as we just started our family owned small business and don't have a lot of spare cash laying around) we hit a bump in the road. We are a construction business and had been having them print the logos on inexpensive work shirts for us but eventually we needed to get some nicer shirts done to use for giving estimates and first meetings with our customers. My husband bought @$300. worth of nice, formal shirts and dropped them off with instructions to please wait until they heard from him before putting anything on them. A few weeks later we get an email from them that they are done but it turns out they have put the wrong logo on them, one from another small business we owned that we had closed. When we told them this, they said they could let us have the logos on those shirts for free (?) and they would give us a discount off putting logos on other shirts if we wanted to buy some more shirts and bring them in (?). Quite frustrated, we questioned their business practices and they told us this was "industry standard" and it was the best deal they could offer us (but they did wish us luck in all our future endeavors and say they enjoyed working with us). One of our colleagues had a similar experience where they received the wrong color on their logo and were told the same thing. Some of the people who work here are very nice, but they don't have much of a clue how to do business. If you need logos on your stuff I would recommend going elsewhere as there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for here.
