My wife and I just purchased a home with Andrew, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. As first time buyers, we had a lot to learn. Andrew was very friendly and patient. He clearly explained and walked us through every step in the process. As we visited houses together, he offered lots of useful advice and opinions, which we valued highly since he has so much experience. Andrew always responded quickly to our emails and calls, made time for all our appointments, and completed paperwork rapidly and accurately. His expertise as an attorney was especially useful for reviewing and explaining all the paperwork involved in the closing process. All in all, he made things as easy for us as they could be in the competitive Boston-area market! If we ever need to buy a home again in the future, we would definitely work with Andrew again.

I had a great experience with BBO and with Andrew. I was a first time home buyer in the Boston area and the market was incredibly difficult. Andrew saw me through the whole process with grace and skill. He was always ahead of the game and responded to all my questions in record time. I have no idea how he manages to schedule his time, but he was always available to show me around, take me to open houses, and answer questions. Andrew was also very pleasant to spend time with and told lots of great stories that made me feel like I wasn't the only one trying to navigate a crazy seller's market. After about a month and a half of searching my offer was accepted on an incredible condo which I am very happy with. Andrew was also quick to understand my tastes and find the right places to show me. Finally, BBO's business model is really stellar in my opinion. It feels good to know that the company is working only in your interests as the buyer. I would highly recommend BBO and if you're buying a home in the Boston area definitely ask Andrew for his help!

Andrew was incredible. My fiancé and I had no clue what we were doing due to some bad advice we knew even less than nothing but Andrew was patient and informative. His recommendations were all so good that by the end it felt like we had a whole team of pros in our corner. Id absolutely recommend Andrew!

My husband and I contacted Andrew McKinney of Buyers Brokers Only after receiving a referral from a friend who had just worked with him. She thought he was fantastic and we 100% agree. We were first time homebuyers and Andrew was an invaluable resource for us. He was very patient and helpful throughout our home search. When we found the home we loved, he steered us stress-free throughout the process. There was not a single thing we didnt like about working with Andrew, but top 3 reasons why we would recommend him to others are: 1. His personality. He was extremely patient and answered every question we had kindly. He offered advice whenever we asked and never pushed or rushed us into our decisions. 2. His network. Andrew has a whole network of people you can tap into if interested and we would recommend following his lead. Everyone he put us in touch with was also patient and respectful and working with them felt like a well-oiled machine. We were involved when we needed to be and could otherwise carry on with our lives. 3. His professionalism. He was always on time, quick to respond to an email and followed up on every item we inquired about from our seller. Andrew took an experience I was nervous about and turned it into a really enjoyable, happy time for my husband and I. 10 out of 5 stars!!! I cannot recommend Andrew enough. Throughout all the years, to all my friends who are thinking about buying or selling a home, I always tell them if you they need a good broker, let me know because I have a great one! Andrew was recommended to me when I was buying my first condo in 2013 by friends who also went through their first home purchase experience with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and organized! As a first time buyer with so many anxious questions, Andrew answered every single one with lots of details and a calming factor. When I was about to buy my second home last year under an unusual situation, I knew exactly who to call and have help me buy that second home. Even if the purchasing process was straightforward, I still would have reached out to Andrew to have him help and support me through it all. On top of everything, Andrew also helped me with the new-to-me landlording processing/paperwork. Buying real estate is scary whether or not it is your first time or not and having someone you can fully trust and depend on is invaluable. Andrew certainly fit all those criteria and more!
