Our policy is never to give pricing over the phone because with this business it has many variables such as how many colors in your design. The type of garment being decorated the amount of positions to be printed, the type of printing you require an so on. Based on this we ask all our clients to send in the request via email that way we have a better understanding of your needs and the best direction to go in order to give you the best quality product at competitive prices. It seems like you were requiring pricing based on several different scenarios but to do that we would not be giving you our best service. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get a quote he was very rude and rushed to get me off the phone when I still had more questions. He sounded super frustrated and sounded like what ever he was working on was a lot more important than a new customer. Luckily, there are other print shops who would gladly take my business.
Can you give specific details to the job you are talking about please. It seems you are the gentleman that left a review on the 14th but if not please let us know what job we did for you

I'm really disappointed, specifically with the owner, he did a really bad job and when I went to talk to him he started to insulting me and he really didn't show any professionalism, I really don't recommend this business at all
I am unable to find shirts that fit my personality so I go to X Brands and have for years I love this place They don't judge they do what you like what more could you ask for.
Sir the job you refer to you sat in the store and approved the spelling of all names and the name on the sleeve you also approved us printing the large logo on the left chest. When the ladies came to get the shirts they tell us it was meant to be embroidered even when you approved it. We took responsibility for that and embroidered the left chest and placed the names on the shirt. You pickup the shirts then two weeks later you tell us the sleeve was spelt wrong the problem is none of us writes Spanish this is why we have everyone approve spellings prior. We tried to come to a solution but it was not good enough even when we showed you the film we printed direct from the approved print that was not good enough. We showed the spelling to a Spanish speaking associate as was told there didnt seem to see where it was spelt wrong. We dont understand why it took over 2weeks for the issue to arise.

Worst job ever!!! I ordered 50 shirts for a convention , paid $1200 dollars to Matt McDuffy and by his mistake they misspelled some words in the final job, and they did a horrible doible patching the original embroidery. The worst thing is that he never apologized or took care of his mistake. He never wanted to correct do the right thing. (Everybody laughed of the shirts...it was a complete embarrassment) that costs us $1200. And he even said bad words to us.and told us to go away. I understand that everybody and every company can make mistakes. But what a makes a difference between a great company to a bad one. It is the way they take responsibility of their mistakes. So be aware of this. I just want you to know this. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
