If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used Paradise Embroidery for several projects and it always seems that there are issues with them. On my most recent transaction I provided them with 10 shirts and 10 hats, each of which would have embroidery on them. Of the 20 items that were provided, 12 of them had mis-spellings that were correct on the forms that I completed. 2 of them were on shirts and were easy for Paradise to correct. The 10 hats, all of which Paradise spelled the word "association" with 2 "c"s they declined the ability to correct it. When I asked them to remove all the stitching in the back of the hat I was told that they couldn't. They said that they can correct it by restitching that word. "Fine" was my response and in my email to them I pointed out that they actually stitched folds directly into the hat itself. In my opinion this is because they are either not paying attention, they are going to fast or the don't care. A fold should never be stitched into a hat, plan and simple. I received a call from their manager who after arguing with me about the difference between a fold and bunching, decided to say "just come here get your money back". Fine. Done and done. Do yourself a favor, steer clear from Paradise Embroidery. Their costs are competitive but the headache and hassle that you will deal with isn't worth it. UPDATE - I was told that Donny, the owner, doesn't want me in his shop anymore, he is going to refund me the full amount for the embroidery and the cost of the hats that I brought him myself and not allow me to pick up what was already done. At least I'm getting all my money back.
