Not only did they charge me more than what the reservation said, they charged me twice. The cleanliness of the room is a little lacking. What looks like sneeze spots on the tv screen and a toilet that might need a little more attention.
Very short on the phone asked for a late checkout only 2 cars in the lot got here at 2am so I needed a good sleep yet they were rude about it when I asked.
Thank YOU!! & I'd like to share a few reasons for other travelers to choose the Flamingo...and praise the owner for his hospitality. I'm a former Marriott & Hilton employee. I've worked at some of the finest properties here in the great USA. I enjoy the finer aspects of hotels...In my case, I stopped to just see The National Route 66 Museum. It was late and I already traveled a bit....so I went to Priceline to see what was available. I read reviews first and decided on this property. I chose to stop and see before I bought on the app (I saved $7 by doing so...Priceline fees of course). The amenities are fine if you are simply looking for a comfortable overnight stay. The room was impeccably clean, everything was organized, all towels, linens, etc. were clean, fresh and that was comforting. I appreciate the meticulousness and attention to detail the owner provides his guests...It shows he cares! I recommend this property!! & the reason I gave 5 Stars is because I support businesses that show they "Care"!!
