Hi Alaa, the labneh with oil in it was not bad at all - it was dated May 2023. As an extra precaution, we even tested it while you were there, and it was completely fine. As for exchanges, we have a 7-day return policy and thats only applicable if you have a receipt, which you did not have. Moreover, we dont tolerate obnoxious behavior on store premises. You and your husband can shop elsewhere.

Bad experience, I bought Lebna from them and it was bad and the manager refused even to exchange. also lots of other stuff was old and bad, I dont recommend it for any one.

Amazingly clean. Huge variety. Employees are very nice and helpful. Bakery is great. My best go to shop for middle eastern food.
