I booked them to help me get a car delivered to my daughter who is in college, they made a date end of time to pick up and never showed up. I’ve called multiple times. No responds very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this place for shipping your vehicle. The process initially was easy HOWEVER ended up being a headache. I booked to have my vehicle shipped back in mid March. The broker I was working with via HyperCarShip texted me 2 days prior to pickup date notifying me of a $300-$400 price increase. No prior heads-up or communication between initial booking and the day I was notified that. Requested to have my initial bid removed and it took three calls to remove it in order to have another Broker work shipping my vehicle.
