Ive read another customer review very similar to the one Im about to write. My 10 year old saved to buy this controller. When it arrived it felt cheap and rattled but he loved it, I said are you sure youre happy and he was., I was unsure. Well, its never worked properly, it sticks, it wont aim properly, it just doesnt work. I pushed to send it back but he just got upset and said hed check YouTube and he did, he tried everything. He googled and hunted to no avail. He eventually agreed that we get in touch with Defy 6 months after purchase and the basic response was out of warranty. Nothing else.
Controller received broken , faulty parts and doesn't work. Contacted them the same day and were told someone would get back to us , 10 days later and we have heard nothing back from them. Wish i has read the reviews before purchasing as it appears other people have experienced the same problem. I do not believe these are genuine Xbox One controllers . Had to open a dispute with Paypal AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Awful experience. Took double the time to arrive with zero contact unless I chased. When finally turned up it is broken and doesnt work. They dont feel arranging a collection to repair is reasonable and instead demand I pay to send back and they reimburse later. Then say cant have money back which is completely wrong. One of the worst products Ive ever bought and worse than that the service levels are appalling. AVOID
