Went to get my yearly inspection. Was told they would call if they found anything. I show up after not getting a call to see they've replaced my wiper blades and a couple bulbs in my car and added the parts plus labor to my bill. Never gave any authorization for them to do this (since they didn't call and ask) and could have easily done it myself for less than half the cost. When I spoke to them, they tried to explain how I wouldn't have been able to change the bulbs myself because you have to check why it was burnt out (even though I've done it before)... they did offer to refund me for some of the price, but still doesn't change the fact that they did it without authorization in the first place. Will not be returning.

I got a flat tire on my way to work and they put a spare on right away and I was able to still get into work on time! Very friendly, honest and reasonable. Highly recommend!
