First item of concern; virtually impossible to get ahold on. I called numerous days back to back, while open-to schedule, and no answer, even multiple calls in a row or throughout the day. I tried again after finally getting a date and services fulfilled to get a gift for someone, and I, once again, could not reach anyone. Pretty good spa for the location. I have been here already and had a spa day treatment combination of 3 things. Those went well, people were nice, services were good. It is not a classic spa, although-I don't think San Antonio has a true one at all. The whole experience was merely a couple of hours, which is good for someone in a hurry, but I was wanting a whole spa relaxation option. It was however affordable, the route I went, and relaxing. I liked the pick 3 options for add-ons. Overall, good spa in SA, if you can reach them to make an appointment.
