My daughter and I enjoyed this little hidden gem from the very nice staff to its cute rooms. The only thing o was disappointed in was that we originally scheduled the De-Stress package but upon arrival realized there was a 90 minute package called Deep Relaxation. We asked if we could do this instead and they said yes! We were expecting to get a 90 minute massage but ended up getting a 75 minute massage and was still charged the same. I made sure to look at the clock when my session started at it was at the 45 minute mark. When my massage was completed it was at the 55 mark so only 10 minutes after an hour and when I came out my daughter was done as well and we had the same start time.

Hello Bria, again we're very sorry about your experience, the conversation that we had wasn't to make you feel like you needed to remove your review, we were trying to make things right by offering you a free massage or your money back , also as you mentioned in your review, the appointment was originally for a group of twelve people of wich two of the scheduled people never showed up, we also schedule your group at different times, and instead everyone showed up at the same time making the lobby very crowded, there was also a lot of confussion as your group originally booked for one of our spa packages for groups, but you decided to change the services at the time of the appointmet which caused a lot of confussion and delayed our schedule, we really tried to be accomodating and we're very sorry that you feel your experience wasn't good.

UPDATE: I was contacted by this business after my poor rating to make it right. They offered me the opportunity to come back in but I don't live in the state. They offered me my money back instead and I told them I only wanted to provide them with the feedback from my massage. Side note: this was feedback my group of 10 had as well (minus 2 people). They advised they are a small business and negative feedback hurts them more and they would like the post to come down. In turn for the post coming down they would refund me.

I have had MANY MANY massages. I would say I regularly get them. yesterday my boyfriend and i had a 90 minute hot stone couples and it was HANDS down the best massage i have yet to receive! We scheduled again before we left. Highly recommend Yuna and Jenny!

Clean. But that's where the good ended for me. I was greeted and pulled back for my body wrap and massage. I went to the restroom and then was explained the process. The therapist told me my 2 hours of services would be combined and should only take 1.5 hours. I asked questions because I was confused as to why I would pay for 2 hours but the time be shortened. Their response was so I wasn't just waiting. The therapist and another tech continued to try to explain the shorter service time. Finally they both did say "ok if you want to do the full 2 hours we will". Their response to my questions led me to believe that I would be left sitting in the wrap for much longer that necessary since I wanted the full time vs the combined. I ultimately agreed to combined massage and body wrap so that I could just get it over with. We started with the massage on my back then flipped over to massage the front. The massage felt like lotion was being rubbed on me vs a real massage. I asked for medium pressure which generally relaxes me. I wasn't given a bolster for my ankles/knees until I asked. This was odd considering this is a common practice in massage therapy. Nexy came the wrap. My selected scent was green apple and pear which should have been light a refreshing smell right. Unfortunately the only thing I could smell was menthol. After the application of the cream you are wrapped in saran wrap. I was told that it might get a little hot. After I was fully wrapped I was laid back down to finish the remainder of my massage since my services were combined. She began to massage my feet, one was completed and we moved to the other. Shortly after i felt her switch from 2 hands to 1. I looked up to see what was going on she asked if everything was OK then I hear a phone drop to the floor. I'm certain she was playing on her phone during my massage. I was given a foot scrub because "she wanted me to enjoy my services". The scrub was the ONLY part I have no compliants about. While lying there still wrapped getting my feet/hands massaged attempting to relax but was unable to due to the body wrap itching, stinging and feeling really hot. We removed the wrap and wiped up with clean towels. But the burning feeling remained for hours. After conpletion i understand the wrap is ment for slimming vs moisturizing ir relaxing. Overall this experience was awful and I wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing day spa experience this is not the place.
