To the tall skinny dude with slick hair. You need some MAJOR customer service training. And the small Asian girl as well. We always come to grand central for breakfast and never had an issue. Wanted to try the coffee here. It was ok. Mediocre. But the service was horrendous. We asked for more milk for the iced coffee and the tall skinny kid made a horrible face as if we were an inconvenience and didn't even come towards us. Just made a signal like "I can't hear you". We were standing right at the counter. The girl that had initially served us refused to come towards us and pointed at him to help us, and then they both shrugged and rolled their eyes. He refused to help us, and the girl came back with an attitude, and we asked nicely if we could please have some more milk. Now I know the kids of this generation weren't taught respect and common decency, but you're at work getting paid for a job. If you don't like your job, change it. As someone who has worked in food service, customer service is how you learn to work and people skills. You children need a lot of help.
