Was looking for a new ELD provider. Signed up with samsara. They don't mention anything about a 3 year contract with most of their services. Cancellation fees are crazy high so be careful. Once sales are made good luck reaching out to anyone in customer support. I can never get thru to them when I call. I leave multiple voicemails that don't get returned. Really bad customer services if you ask me. Do not recommend.

We decided to purchase Samsara ,we use to use Verizon formally known as Fleetmatics it was a mistake to move as I fell at Samsara they will tell you whatever to get you into a contract. we had all the units professionally installed now we are having problems with the cameras, but they want us to pay to send it back and wait . when we called in about the problem originally we were told we would have a replacement camera before Friday .3 days. who needs the agrivation of this . Verizon takes care of any cost and good care of the customers.
