I ordered a truck topper, load bars and a kitchen insert from Adventuremobile in December. I received the topper, but no load bars or kitchen insert. The missing kitchen insert was an inventory snafu, and I get it, with all the supply chain issues, There are no hard feelings there. My issue is that after agreeing to refund me for the load bars, I have been completely ghosted by these clowns. I have sent emails that have not been returned, and left several phone messages (they dont answer the phone). So, now, since they refuse to respond to my inquiries, Im wondering if I will even receive the kitchen insert if or when it is in stock, which means they are sitting on over $1,500 of my money, with no sign that I will get anything for it. I am considering legal action. Do not give them your business.
After seeing the owners behavior online I would never do business here nor recommend anyone do business here. The owner Tom is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
This is a legit company! Tom was great to work with and very honest. They did mess up on my order a little bit, but they were always available to contact and made everything right. Sometimes the true character of a company comes out when there is a problem and they came through. I will do business with them again. Thanks Tom!
Fantastic Company! Tom is great and carries legit equipment, If they don't got it you don't need it. The brands they are have are the best built to last and are intended to be used !
We offered to send this customer replacement parts immediately after learning about the shipping damage - it is about 2 minutes worth of work to replace the black plastic clip that was broken and we do have replacements here in stock. But the customer refused. We offered to open up a claim with UPS to get the entire awning replaced, but he refused to assist. Not much else we can do other than offer a refund if he wants to send the item back completely. We pride ourselves on doing everything we can for our customers but sometimes some people just don't want to accept the solutions you offer them regardless.

Im real bummed. I purchased an awning from these guys for $500. The awning came broken in 2 areas and scratched. I called to return it, they offered to replace one of the broken items, which I refused. They ended up charging me $50 to ship it back to them. So basically I wasted $100. Ive spent over 30k on my jeep so far and have another 50k to go... will never purchase anything else from these guys and I advise you to do the same. Stick to amazon.. as they actually take care of their customers + offer better prices.
