I was really looking forward to working with them to bring my designs to life, but they barely respond and I kept begging to get the process started. We talked on the phone a few times and I was explicit with what I needed done, but it seemed like whenever I tried to get started I was ignored with no explanation. They posted every day leading up to their 1 week absence to Schedule your orders accordingly, but every attempt to get my project started was ignored or delayed. When we almost got a piece of my project ready to be ordered, they sent me an incorrect mockup which I had to decline. After expressing that the mockup needed to be fixed I received no response and it has since been 2 weeks. I really wish I couldve had a better experience but It was truly unprofessional and there was an inconsiderate lack of communication on their end.

Been waiting for my product for about 3weeks and I have been very kind by giving them plenty time just to make 20 outdoor vinyls. I even went in the 3week to see how long I would have and the lady chloe told me that the have not started my project yet. I am very disappointed and will not go back. This has set my orders back so much I dont know why the would even think thats fair my hours have been cut from work and my project was the only thing I use to make extra cash smh very disappointed

I been waiting 2 weeks for samples that I paid for almost a month ago .They avoided my calls because they were not ready on the due date they gave me . I called at least 10 times for 2 days straight and no one answered then as soon I blocked my number and called again they picked up on the first ring . Now they gave me a new due date but told me its not for sure .
