We do apologize for the incident you had with our technician. We can understand why you might have perceived him the way you did. He is a gentleman from Russia and has a very deep voice and strong accent. We can assure you his intentions were not to be condescending or patronizing towards you. As English is his second language, he may not always be able to concisely express his thoughts correctly. We do hope to see you and your mom again soon.

Like a lot of people my family and I have been coming here for many years and never had an issue. However, last time I was there with my mother because her glasses are defective, a male whose name I didnt get came to help us. Every other time I had been helped by a female, but he was very condescending and patronizing like he was doing me a favor and not like I am a paying customer. Im sure had I been a man the treatment would have been different , he even yelled at me across the room because he said he didnt see how the glasses were defective even though only 2 minutes had passed and I told him we needed more time to let them fog up. He had a smirk on his face the whole time he tried to help us, eventually he left because he had other things to do and a nice lady came and indeed confirmed the glasses were not supposed to do that and would get replaced. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it baffles me how still in 2022 some men thing they can talk down to women and give a different treatment. I didnt say anything at the moment because I was with my elderly mother and an infant and just wanted to leave the place. I would suggest a refresher on his customers service skills. Nothing against the place, but people like that should not be up and running a highly trafficked business.

Then. When I made my review I couldn't post the comment. So, the service is very good, but I felt an injustice in the prices, because the frame I bought was twice the price of the one in the brand's own store, I just finished it and bought it from you because I had already done the entire exam process. My insurance covers a part that in the end didn't help me at all because if I subtract the value of the insurance deduction, the price is still higher, which doesn't make sense, but as I mentioned above, I only completed the purchase because I had already done the exams and etc but as I see price and still pay insurance for me it is not interesting to be a customer. Thank you very much and keep up the good service
