I miss Monica. She was the best. I went there to get help with my light bill and the lady said we were approved for help but they didn't help us at all. This was when we were hit hard by covid-19 and we were struggling bad with finances. I haven't asked anyone for help in a long time. They could of at least called me and said they weren't going to help us instead of having to scramble to find the money for our light bill 2 days before they shut us off. I won't ask for help from them again.
