Suhrid we apologize for the bathroom situation unfortunately due to city regulations as per our operation we can not have a public restroom because we are considered a take out place. As for the coffee we make it a point to serve the highest quality and change out our coffee every 45 minutes. We have selected a medium to dark roast since we found this caters to the majority of peoples wants. We have many other coffees that are lighter roasted that we offer in a pour over method. If you would like to come in and try a different one please feel free to come in and we will give you a complimentary cup to better your experience with our company.

Poor coffee - over-roasted. No public restroom - not sure why - clearly one in the back that one can see through the open door.

DO NOT GO HERE! The pastries are flavorless and dry -- the worst I have one had and they filled up my hot chocolate halfway and it had no flavor. Go to Lorca, so much better!!!

You won't find a better cup of Joe for miles around. BonJo makes the best brew and the service staff are super welcoming here.

Adam we are truly sorry for your bad experience. We have trained our own baristas to roast coffee and all the knowledge about each origin. We roast on a daily basis and we produce Bulk Coffee on a weekly basis with very high turn over and have never experienced our coffee going stale before. We are extremely careful of following FIFO protocol and can not understand how this happened. We would like to make it up to you by sending you a free LB of coffee to hopefully change your experience with our company as these are not standards that we stand for. We did just have all new employees start in our cafe so there may have been some lack of knowledge and we apologize for this immensely. Avoid if you truely enjoy coffee. They cannot tell you when the beans were roasted (Fairway supermarket can). Beans are wildly overpriced for what you get. My second bag, and final bag from Bonjo, didn't bloom during the brewing process. Beans were old and stale despite stickers all over the dispenser stating "A++, the best, etc. etc". Will not be a returning customer.
